Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

For security reasons, we cannot refund payments to a different bank account, card, PayPal account, or payment method.

If your original payment method is no longer active, please contact your bank or payment provider for assistance.


10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with your order or payment, we kindly ask you to contact us first so we can help find a suitable solution.

Starting a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay the resolution process.

If a chargeback is opened while a return, refund, or support case is still being reviewed, we may need to wait for the payment provider’s decision before taking further action.
