Return & Refund Policy

At Ryan and Megan Perth, we want every customer to be happy with their order. However, we understand that you may sometimes wish to return an item.

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns work, which conditions apply, and what you can expect during the return process.


1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

The return period starts on the day you, or a person appointed by you, physically receives the item.

A return can only be processed once the product has been delivered to you. If your order has already been shipped, please wait until you have received the package before requesting a return.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • All original labels, tags, packaging, and accessories must still be attached or included.

  • You may carefully try on the item, but it must not show signs of wear, use, stains, perfume, deodorant marks, damage, or washing.

  • Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

  • Returns that are incomplete, damaged, used, or not in their original condition may be refused or only partially refunded.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • International return shipping costs

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Handling fees

  • Any additional charges related to the return shipment

Because we work with international fulfilment partners and suppliers, the return address may be located outside your country, including in China.

We strongly recommend checking the estimated return shipping costs before sending your item back.


4. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact us
Send an email to info@ryanmeganperth.com within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Email address used for the order

  • The item you would like to return

  • The reason for your return

Step 2: Wait for return instructions
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions.

Please do not send your order back without contacting us first. Returns sent to the wrong address may not be accepted or refunded.

Step 3: Ship the item back
You must send the item back at your own cost to the return address provided by us.

We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as you remain responsible for the return shipment until it has been delivered to the return address.

Step 4: Inspection and approval
Once the returned item has been received, it will be inspected. If the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be approved.


5. Refunds

After your return has been received and approved, we will refund the eligible purchase amount using the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider to process the refund.


6. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or used

  • Items without original tags, labels, or packaging

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygiene-sensitive products where the seal has been broken

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items, unless required by applicable law

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.


7. Ordering Multiple Sizes or Variants

We kindly ask customers to order carefully and check the size guide before placing an order.

Ordering multiple sizes, colours, or variants with the intention of keeping only one and returning the rest may lead to high international return costs for the customer.

Ryan and Megan Perth reserves the right to review return requests for signs of misuse, excessive returns, or returns that do not comply with this policy.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ryanmeganperth.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem

  • Photos of the packaging, if relevant

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Please do not return damaged, defective, or incorrect items before contacting us first.


9. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Missing house numbers or apartment numbers

  • Typing errors in the address

  • Failure to collect a package

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Changes made after the order has already been processed

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order at info@ryanmeganperth.com.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to change the address.


10. Lost or Delivered Packages

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Ryan and Megan Perth is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, we recommend checking with:

  • Household members

  • Neighbours

  • Your local delivery carrier

  • Your building reception or parcel point

We will assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement when the tracking confirms successful delivery.


11. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or product, you may return the original item according to this policy and place a new order on our website.
