Because some orders are shipped internationally, tracking updates may take a few days to appear after your package has been dispatched.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, this does not always mean that your package is lost. International shipments may temporarily pause between transit points, customs checks, or carrier handovers.

Once the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered delivered.
Ryan and Megan Perth is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or collected by another person after confirmed delivery.
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with:
